Close by you can punt on the criss-cross canals of The Venice Vert or just 1 hour drive away you will find the historical towns of Cognac and Saintes or visit Futoroscope with the kids.
This family property is set within the quiet village of Cram Chaban; no traffic except the daily boulangerie van and twice weekly delivery of fresh oysters and mussels. It is totally safe for children to play in the acre garden surrounded by fields. There are lovely walks along the river Mignon where you can also go fishing only 5 minutes walk away. For the golf lovers amongst you there are two good 18 hole courses at La Rochelle and Niort. The newly extended Supermarket is 5 mins drive into Mauzé where you can find all the amenities provided by a main market town.
Both properties can be hired together or separately and are for hire all year round. Bicycles can be provided for use. Linen provided including kitchen hand towels. High chair and cots available.
